As the Digital Marketing Director for the Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group, I established and managed the online presence for 10 unique restaurant concepts: Tako, Meat & Potatoes, Butcher & the Rye, Poulet Bleu, Gi-Jin, Sally Ann’s, Coop De Ville, Tako Torta, Fish Nor Fowl, and Golden Gai.
From brand storytelling to content strategy, I developed and executed digital marketing campaigns tailored to each concept’s distinct identity, ensuring a cohesive yet individualized presence across social media, email marketing, and digital platforms. Through strategic engagement, compelling visuals, and data-driven growth tactics, I helped position these restaurants as some of Pittsburgh’s most sought-after dining experiences.
